Round 1 completed. And I visited Pops and Babs this morning after it stopped raining.
Bit headachey again today but LFT is negative.
Paid stuff tomorrow.

Tricky day at the paid stuff, felt like getting up and walking out at 10am but gave myself a talking to and felt a bit calmer by the time I left. I just need to remember that this job is paying off my debts and keep it all in perspective.
I have done a little workout, had fish and new potatoes for tea, have also boiled some eggs for sandwiches tomorrow and run the cordless hoover around.
I hung some washing out at 4pm when I got home as its quite breezy here, not sure whether to bring it in now and put it over the airer or leave it out.
I have slept badly the last two nights, not wide awake, just unsettled and restless. I hate not sleeping properly.10 -

Hope everyone else is sleeping soundly.

Thank you for the lists. I’ll be in somehow or other as usual.
Busy day at work, but the harvest chaos is easing at last. Beetroot risotto cooked for dinner as part of the Turn Everything We Grow into Dinner campaign. It was … interestingly pink.Towels through the wm and dried indoors. Yesterday’s ironing bits cleared. WULTD a few bits and the full dw is running. Now to do the obligatory few rows of knitting. Am itching to do something about making some presents (inspired by Piggers), but need this knitting out of the way.9 -
Did someone mention jammy dodgers?

It would have almost been worth being awake at 2.30am to share jammy dodgers with you Round. Hope you got to sleep in the end. I slept slightly better but still not brilliantly and still feel tired this morning. However, I am going to do a workout and get ready for the paid stuff.
DHs back is bad. This is a worry and I am not sure if the chiropractor he has been seeing is really doing any good. He says he will ring the doctors today.
Hope its a good Tuesday for you all x9 -
Morning xx
I was awake for so long that it got boring. Looking out of the landing window I could see lights on in the estate behind my house, so not just me awake. I must have dropped off eventually as I remember a strange dream involving Simon Cowell and swimming pools 🤪
Anyhoo I'm up, showered, hair washed, dressed, packed up and breakfasted. I've made my bed and I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling before I set off for the paid stuff.
Hope everyone has a good day.
Much Iove

So now I am up, showered, hair washed. Dw emptied, wm won’t be run as I think that I can make a better load by waiting a day, clean washing folded.
Just having a cuppa and some breakfast, then I will check the lists and get on. Today definitely involves making some pickles, and I have a friend coming round for a cuppa this afternoon. I need to get on and dry my hair first.
I hope you all have good days xx8 -

Morning all
I was in the WAC for a while too, I left the jammy dodgers alone though and did manage to get back off, still an early start and so far I have…
checked work emails and made a plan for the day
wm x 1 swished and on airer as rain is forecast
clean dry stuff from yesterday folded and in airing cupboard
shower, dress, wash and dry hair, breakfast and cuppa!
Bed made
en suite swished over
wm set going again but it’s bedding so will go straight in the dryer
gibble taken out to garage making space for decorator tomorrow and chosen paint colour brought in
Paid stuff now and it’s going to be a busy one, but at least some flying has been accomplished!
take care all, will try to pop back later xx7 -
Morning all,
Hugs to all, especially YL - That is a worry for you, as I know he has a physical job. xx
So far today I have done the school run, gone back to school with DS reading book as he forgot it, eaten a fresh egg on toast and tidied the kitchen. Now it is time to take a deep breath and get into my budgeting... xx10
