Good morning!
Thank you ladies for the lists! I will be pottering for the first half of the week, trying to catch up on some jobs.
DH managed to finish all of the painting yesterday 👏 After the wardrobe was moved back I had to refill it as the bed was covered! I made the bed with fresh linen (on the new mattress) before we could crash. I found it very comfy, and DH said he didnt have a back ache this morning (yay!) The old mattress is still in the hallway, but we have torrential rain again so I don't fancy wrestling it into the car! It can wait! I may just book a collection from the council, as I am not sure it will even fit in the car!!
I was going to take grumpy dog out so that DH could put the paste tables in the loft. The dog gets stressed when he goes in the loft - he is worried we will get out suitcases I think! However, we DO need to get out suitcases, and he IS going into kennels on Thursday, so I was trying to cut out some stress 😅
Bed throw is in the WM, all pots were WULTD last night, and the oven & hob wiped over, so I am a bit ahead of the lists today.
Hair appointment at 1pm (it always rains on haircut day!)
Have a good day everyone!7 -
Morning all. Raining here too so no dog walk yet, although it is very warm.
Thanks for the list. I have done dailies, hoovered through, changed bedding, dusted bedroom of a fashion, done essential admin and have the last wash load in machine. Of course, it's all going on airer today.Spend less now, work less later.7 -

The sun is out so the dogs have had a walk. Fridge sorted and cleaned, charity stuff sorted, tidied dining room, cleaned windows, sills, table and chairs in there. Also dusted some shelves and rearranged a few ornaments. Threw out some manky pot pourri.Spend less now, work less later.9

Piggers, I always bulk order cat food from VetUK or zooplus, don’t know which one yours eat but they both do a good range and free delivery with orders over a certain amount, some of their prices are better than any that I’ve found locally… don’t know if info is helpful but sharing in case…

Hi again
paid stuff done, I had a zoom meeting of my book club tonight but I’ve cried off as not really feeling up to it, I managed to get the bedding stripped and changed, 3 wash loads done and some partially dried on line, weird weather day, throwing it down this morning followed by a couple of hours of warm sunshine and breezy, if it had stayed like that LOL it would have been ideal drying weather!
have also swished over the en-suite, dusted and hoovered the bedroom, emptied the bin and cleaned the windows, all before starting work this morning, not the proper list but bedroom is done when that day rolls around!
this evening I have a Mr T order to collect, will give the fridge a wipe out before doing that, then I think I will curl up with my book.
have a good one all xx7 -
