Anyway, I got an automated response from Octopus with all the bumph for former Avro customers. I think it likely the Helpful tariff has been withdrawn and their tariff list is off air for the moment.
I'm not too bothered either way but could have been a good hedge against higher prices in April.

I don't bother saying I'm an ex Avro customer. Just phoned and asked to switch tariff.

From the Octo contact us page today.
However, we are not delivering our usual very short waiting times on the phone and you may be waiting for some time.
You can check what tariff you are on, and the very best tariff we can offer you on your account dashboard. Please note, our team cannot offer any better tariffs over the phone.

All tariff list is back to normal, when they say they cannot offer any better tariff over the phone what they mean is nothing better than quote page and/or all current tariff list, requests to change tariff can also be done via email and direct twitter message which takes pressure off phone

Just had a look and Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 is not there anymore.
There is a whole lot of new tariffs all with big increases.
Might as well stick where we are, nothing to switch to now.

The Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 doesn't even appear on the Historical Tariff list. It's just vanished completely!

Since July version, expired flexible tariffs have not gone in Historical Tariff list.

The Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 is not a flexible tariff, however.
Perhaps they are just trying to deny it ever existed. :)
