Anyway, I got an automated response from Octopus with all the bumph for former Avro customers. I think it likely the Helpful tariff has been withdrawn and their tariff list is off air for the moment.I'm not too bothered either way but could have been a good hedge against higher prices in April.

Please note, our team cannot offer any better tariffs over the phone.0

Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 has now gone up a bit - 19.14p/kwh and 24.01 standing charge. (London region, fwiw)

Just had a look and Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 is not there anymore.
There is a whole lot of new tariffs all with big increases.
Might as well stick where we are, nothing to switch to now.0 -
The Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 doesn't even appear on the Historical Tariff list. It's just vanished completely!

The Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed November 2021 v1 is not a flexible tariff, however.Perhaps they are just trying to deny it ever existed.
