Thanks Unkomaas.
Funnily enough I was just going through that after reading through someone else’s who had a court date early October.
I do hope it ends up that way, as it did with my last case - but we shall see!
And that’s right Patient Dream - April next year! I did have pre-existing holiday I notified the court, but that only lasted up until end of October…so who knows why it got pushed all the way till then!
Thanks,
IMT1 -

Thanks CM - I’ll be taking those WS bundle examples into account when I have my first draft.
Thank you,

Good evening all,I have created my first draft of my WS and Evidence Bundle - do let me know what you think I should add / edit / remove:***REDACTED OLD VERSION***-- Defendants Schedule of Costs - I need a bit of assistance with this! If i claim for further costs / stationary, etc. am I required to provide evidence like receipts, and also employment contract, etc. if I'm attending court?-- I have the following other evidences and unsure if / where to provide / link to in my WS:
- Land Registry Plan (when I paid for it 2016)
- 2 x Email Complaints to Housing Association as it was blurred who's responsibility it fell under (FYI - I was living with my parents, ergo not on any documentation to say I was a resident, so only my parent's names were on the above)
- Email to my (then) MP - no response, even after a chaser)
- Email correspondences around the "claim is estopped under cause of action estoppel" from my previous alleged infringements (PCN's into the double digits rolled into one claim... that was discontinued)
- Copies of my DQ to UKPC & DCBLegal but with proof of postage, and emails to CCBCAQ stating "due to staffing levels we are working on DQ received from XXXXX" (in-case they claim I didn't send it on time)
-- For each paragraph pertaining WS & Evidences, I have jotted some notes down I'd like to get steer on:#2 & #3 - Statement taken from my previous WS case - not sure if still relevant, so can remove if needed.#5 - I only have the old photos of the signages (x2) - recent GoogleMaps images from 2022 show it's now been removed - I was thinking to remove if not necessary?#6 - UKPC SAR shows no road markings where I parked, and so does Google Street View - is it worth mentioning in my WS? Also, I think this conflicts with the signage saying, "All vehicles must be parked only within marked bays"... Should i still keep this?#7 - also links to #6 - I can obtain two Exhibit versions from GoogleMaps Street View (one without Road Markings - dated 1 year before infringement, or 2 years after infringement which does) - which should I use?#8 - Signage states how payment can be made, but technically no way of proving this permit by displaying on vehicle as stated on sign (nor a way to determine if it'll update "parking enforcers" machine / system in time).- Should I use my own image of the signage, or UKPC SAR?
- FYI the 4 x SAR images show car parked with illegible signage in distance - should i use these?#11 - Links to #6 but can't recall what time I parked there that morning...Also, I have the copy of the PCN from the SAR - can I use as evidence?#12 - Exihibit is copy provided from SAR#13 - Exihibit is copy provided from SAR#14 - I've kept the original letters so I can scan and provide these if needed. Final letter isn't from Debt Recovery Company but from DCBLegal...#15, #16, #18, #19, #21, #41 - Exhibits obtained onlineHopefully I've captured all my notes, but happy to get as much feedback on this as possible!Thank you,IMT0 -
Hi,
Just wanted to bump this up as I’m due to go into the office either tomorrow and Thurs or Thurs/Fri so would like to make use of the printing / scanning facilities at work! Then, I’m away next week - just conscious if the submission 14 days before the deadline (Sept 28th 4pm) applies for this?
Thanks in advance,
IMT0 -
Some observations:-2.It is admitted that I was the registered keeper of this vehicle with the registration mark XXXXXXX onDD / MM / YYYY, however it is denied that a ‘parking charge notice’ was issued to the vehicle on the date specified, not least because this was XXX years ago and no credible photographic evidence has been supplied of a PCN on the car on all / any day the Claimant suggests a parking charge arose.11.A few minutes later at DD / MM / YYYY HH:MM:SS , a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) was left on the vehicleasking for a payment of £100. The PCN stated the fee would have been reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days from receiving the notice (Exhibit CC06– provided by UKPC from the SAR)Does para 11 contradict para 2?Para 18 - is the exhibit number stated correct?3
-
Thanks @1505grandad.
Yes - you’re correct. That does in fact contradict it! I’ll revise para 2 to remove that part and everything after (serves me right for copying that from my previous WS 6 years ago..)
And para 18 - thank you! Good spot - I’ll amend accordingly.
I welcome other feedback please on this.
Thanks in advance,
IMT0 -

Hi,
DCBLegal have attempted to contact me via phone, fortunately it went to voicemail as I was at work, but they just said to call them back to discuss my case.
Should I ignore this and presume they just want me to pay / sort out before the court hearing?
Thanks,
IMT0
