Unfortunately this is not the case for everyone, today I had the same email advising me to login and view my bill, I have and it is not showing and yes I have looked under my bills.

My final bill is viewable in my account which is good. 

Showing as £400ish in credit.

This is up to 19th September.

On my new BG account however, ive had series of bills already, and the first with the initial date of 26th October.

Will this 5 weeks gap be charged out of the 400 credit I am due or possibly a mistake?

If your final bill has been produced then you can expect BG to bill for that gap and apply the credit to your account at the same time.

Thank you trickydicky14 I’m having the exact same problem my bill isn’t viewable despite logging in, Theres no menu on the right hand side once logged in to view bills. I ’m wondering if just credit bills are viewable, I have a small debit the amount of which I cannot check at the moment.

At the top right there should be a drop down manu starting 'My account'.  It will drop down to allow selecting 'my bills'.

my credit was transferred over ~mid Feb, I know others had it sooner than that & some still waiting so I guess they are working through the list.

Still waiting for mine too. 

Somewhat annoying, shame they have not processed the near on £400 quid credit I had previously.
