Reading the above posts it mentions that any credit due will eventually be paid back but what happens if, like me, you've been a bit forgetful and haven't uploaded readings for the past 2 months? Will the amount of credit owed be worked out correctly once current meter readings have been submitted to SoLR? Or will they just base it on the last estimated readings that UP will have on file?

It'll be based on a final meter reading that Up or the SoLR request.

Just had this which amused me as all the links give a '404 file not found'.I never have any faith in anyone who says 'warmest regards' - where did that saying come from.
Hello,
Your monthly statement is ready in your UP online account. Just log into your member account with your email address and password.
The best way to make sure the details in your future statements are up to date is to provide regular meter readings through your UP online account.

Just had an email from Utility Point asking for my gas meter read.
But the link is disabled. As was plainly evident this morning.0 -
I was not able to login to my Utility Point account last night and earlier today, but have been able to do so just now. My plan is to submit a meter reading tonight on their website, providing it is still up. This should at least keep my final bill with UP accurate, despite me already submitting a reading last week.I feel sorry for those who haven't been submitting meter readings as often as perhaps they should have been. If my bill is going to be out, it should only be by a pound or two.

Ivik said:We have left UP in June with £180 credit, still haven't got it back. And they have also taken 3 more DD's after we have left - which we didn't notice until they went bust so can't claim those DD's from the bank under the DD guarantee. In total over £400. So I hope this credit is also protected.
