Bulb took over my supply a week ago. Now let's see how long it takes to get my final bill and refund sorted. I've heard nothing from EDF to acknowledge the change so things might get interesting.

British gas took over my supply on 10th Oct but no indication from EDF. UP are still taking out the DD. Looks like it will be few months. Hopefully will get the credit back. 🤞🤞🤞

Exactly the same situation here - have you had your £50 Lidl voucher yet? Nothing for me, but over on the HotUkDeals site, most are reporting they have received theirs.

The voucher arrived in the app a few days ago. Double fuel switches only of course.

Thanks... hmm, looks like I'll have to chase mine up then as I believe I met all the conditions, but nothing in my app as yet!

if anybody has been continuing to register meter reads on the UP online portal then i recommend rechecking them as on my two UP accounts my last reads provided have been deleted for whatever reason

My move to Octopus completed today, my electric provider on my DNOs website finally says something other than Utility Point.

I had this too. Considering EDF took over supply from the 18th sept all the readings after that date will probably be ignored hence why they sent the email asking for you to submit a read to UP as close to that date as possible. 

I submitted a few others and they have been deleted as they are after the 18th i suspect.

Another UP DD gone out this month, and still no sign of anything from EDF. I almost sound surprised don't I, naïve little soul that I clearly am.... Having seen the experience of former Avro customers having DD's taken by both Avro and Octopus, I'm not getting slightly uneasy about EDF's advice not to cancel the DD I confess. Not a massive problem for us thankfully as our DD is only £7.50 a month, but I'd still sooner not get several months in one go to catch up on, while knowing there is credit sitting there.
