Not eligible for this offer, but from past experience NatWest/RBS usually like to leave things right to the last minute. As mentioned above, it's likely to ensure that people actually retain the account and use it for a while, and it also delays eligibility for future incentives as well.

I spoke to the switching team the other day and they said everyone will be paid on the 28th, so we'll have to wait and see.

at least its not too long to wait now, 10 days to see if I've slipped through the net or not (as had a prior natwest one, but based on comments here decided to chance it and see - that said it has now become an account I am using as one or my proper accounts anyway, since barclays became defunct for me with the changes are making ) so will see what happens

Me to, got my text a couple of minutes ago  looks like i did slip through the net then, not long now till the £100 will be paid.

Then i just to keep the minimum 10 transactions a month going till November for the additional £50 as well  as using as one of my main accounts now anyway that shouldn't be too hard.

Does anyone know if the Rewards Account Monthly Fee is counted as one of the 10 transactions? I have checked the last few months and I do get to 10-11 transaction a month easily but some time it includes the fee payment (I think it comes off as Bank Charge rather then DD)

From the terms linked on pg 1 of this thread:

    Additional £50 offer details

    • Once qualified for the £100 payment, make 10 eligible credit and/or debit transactions on your Current Account each calendar month (e.g. bill payments, debit card spend, direct debits and payments in and out) between January & September 2022 (excludes account interest, fees and charges).
    • Your second payment of £50 will then be paid in to your account by the 16th of November 2022.
