Beat me by seconds Alex.  I'll try and delete my duplicate post to avoid two threads running and will add the extra detail below.

Seems to available for new and existing customers.  £100 for the switch but need to deposit £1500 then need to have 10 debit or credit transactions per month between Jan 22 and Sep 22 to get the extra £50.

Payout doesn't seem to occur until end Jan 22 for the switch and Nov 22 for the extra £50 so definitely a long termer.

Not eligible if you've had a switch incentive from RBS/NatWest/Ulster Bank since  Oct 2017

I don't mind if mine gets deleted.

Sadly, I'm not eligible as NatWest terminated my two current accounts in March and seems like they don't want to do anything with me anymore.

Just trawled my history and looks like neither wife or I are eligible for this one either due to 2018 switch bonus  :'(

Hurry up Barclays and offer a switch incentive....you're the only mainstream current account provider we've never banked with.

Details for info (taken from the links above).  Note that it's 100 for the switch and an extra 50 for staying and using debit card 10 times monthly for some time...

How the Royal Bank switch offer works

    £100 offer details:
    • Apply online via our website or mobile app and request a switch using the Current Account Switch service by 5pm on the 18th of November 2021, or if you are an existing customer simply request a switch online by this date.
    • Once your switch is initiated, the Current Account Switch Service will automatically move your existing payments and close your old account within 7 days.
    • Pay in at least £1,500 in total and log in to our Mobile Banking app or Online Banking by the 30th of December 2021.
    • Your first £100 will then paid in to your account with Royal Bank by the 28th of January 2022.

    Additional £50 offer details

    • Once qualified for the £100 payment, make 10 eligible credit and/or debit transactions on your Current Account each calendar month (e.g. bill payments, debit card spend, direct debits and payments in and out) between January & September 2022 (excludes account interest, fees and charges).
    • Your second payment of £50 will then be paid in to your account by the 16th of November 2022.

    What you need to know

We may end this offer at any time, and to be eligible, you must apply via our mobile app or website.

If you’ve had any cash back for switching to us (or NatWest/Ulster Bank) since October 2017, you won’t be eligible for this offer.

We can not switch savings accounts or ISAs through this service. Any other products you have with your old bank will not be moved at the same time.

Clearly they're targeting us with multiple Rewards accounts!

The requirement for the extra £50 is not that you have to use your debit card 10 times a month over the stated period.
It is that you have 10 or more transactions on your account each month.
These can be credits or debits by any method. Cash, cheque, faster payments, direct debit etc.

Someone once wrote here that they had their Z marker removed in NatWest branch. But some people tend to write BS on this forum so I'm wondering if it's even possible to have it removed.

A branch wouldn’t be able to remove a Z marker it has to be done by the personal lending unit
Im an ex employee RBS Group

  • Not eligible as I received £175 last year for switching to NatWest! Oh well. Good luck everyone else! Enjoy that free money!
