yeh I was thinking this earlier, maybe they've paid out too early to some people by mistake

If the customer has already met the requirements, why delay paying the bonus? 

As long as they check again after the 60 day deadline in cases where the requirements haven't been met yet, I see no mistake.

in that case more people would have already been paid out than we have heard from

Quite possibly there will have been far more, simply because not everyone who has switched will be on these forums!

Not exactly, so far everyone who's actually given the info falls into initiating w/c 13th September, now we have to wait for tomorrow and see if more payments are made, and so on. 

I applied in the evening of the 13th of September, and my switch completed on the 8th of October  - and nothing received yet.

Mine also arrived this morning - wasn't there last night
