    Received mine today too. Opened new everyday on 13th September and instructed the switch at the same time for 19th October.
    Was MFW#60 - mortgage paid off December 2021

    think you may be right as I requested my switch at point of applying for the account, so that too was on 13 September.

    My Account was opened 17th Sept switch started then and ended 24th September 

    Had 2 DD's set up 

    o2 
    Post office which got screwed up (DD Failed) My fault but amended it to £1 and went through fine, 

    Hopefully i get the money soon

    appears from a post I made on the forum I opened my santander and initiated the switch on the 16th september, just checked my account tho and no switch money deposited  :'(
