I have now received my card and pin for the card after applying on monday.

Only issue now is its still not showing on my internet banking (existing customer but applied for a new account and new switch online).  Apparently the application i made online created a separate profile rather than connecting to my existing one, so had to post a form and photocopy of my ID, which i posted off Monday as well.

Called them today as wanted to check the balance (to check money sent over as a test had been received) they explained when i asked if they had received the form that looks like the address formats caused the issue (have had this in the past as some electronic data bases have our flat address slightly different variations and one pulled in on existing profile and on the other one).

She could see a note from the pm of 16th, so Thursday) shows note to say that they did some amendments to the address following receipt of the form i needed to complete has been received and processed but said can take a bit of time for the profiles to be merged. Fingers crossed will be merged soon, as not wanting to pay in the 1K yet until can access online   She has suggested if not showing merged next week to pop into branch i i get chance as there is a process that they can start their side too.

So how long did it take for your card to arrive? Did pin come at same time?

I can see my card (but not the full card number) and my PIN online. I'd like to have my card, too - or just the card number and expiry date would do, so I can add the card to Curve / Apple wallet and start using it. I do actually want to use this account, not just bag the switch bonus.

I should have said I can see it in the app. Before I got the PIN or the card in the post. Might be able to also see it online, which I rarely use.

it's first time I Have applied for a Santander Product, Hopefully I can see the pin in app or online once signed up before I get the card,

as find the sheet of paper with the pin fiddly and hard to read

Not sure what order things arrive but it is possible to see pin in app once setup. I can see mine for account I applied for on Tuesday.

edit - I don’t physically have the card or letter they send with pin. Was already setup as have 123lite opened everyday.
