I’m using the app on my phone purchased in 2017. If it works on a 5 year old device then they won’t be excluding many people as many people upgrade every couple of years.0

However, there are still devices being sold today with 32-bit Android loaded on them, which is not compatible. It is something to check when buying a new phone as more apps are going to require 64-bit in the future. Chase isn't the first and it won't be the last.Edit: goodness, synchronised replies in triplicate!0

Has anybody had a problem with chase UK and fraud? Somebody has managed to withdraw all funds from my account.
Usually I need to approve any online payments on the app but this must of been overridden. I am worried that their are weaknesses in chases controls and systems as a new bank in the UK.
I have reported it to chase but the customer service is very poor and I don't feel they are really looking into this.0 -
