I did 30 x £1 transactions to my credit cards from tsb debit card for six months and the credit card providers started getting upset about it.

Yep - regularly fill up with £45.01 of petrol1

There's far easier ways to do it without the need to buy petrol0

How long should I expect for the physical Chase card to arrive in the post?
Applied and opened account 23/04 around 12pm and still nothing has turned up!0 -
Pretty sure my card turned up within a week, 10 days at the very most. I'd be asking Chase where it was.0
-
Give them a call, mine was 10 days or so.
When I Called they told me demand was so high for the account the could not get the cards made quickly enough.
Ive still not taken my card out or used it.
It set it’s self up on Google pay when I opened my account and that was it.
Tap phone to pay all done.
Call just in case, it will put your mind at ease.1 -

I have read somewhere that someone allegedly set up daily 1p top-ups of the Amazon Gift balance.
Do so at your own peril though as, despite some suggesting this is not against T&Cs, you may find that Chase feel it to be not "in the spirit of the cashback promotion" and may warn you against such activity, or even close your account.
Personally, I just do my normal everyday shopping with Chase. Not interested in trying to manipulate the promotion. Who would want to risk losing access to 1.50% savings rate over a few extra pence in roundups?3 -
The gain is going to be something in the region of 2p for each transaction. Hardly seems worth it.
