Chase UK discussion

Yesterday I had 2 regular payments set up, one weekly and one monthly to go from my current account to one of my savings accounts. As the savings rate had dropped I decided to change the regular payments to go to an external account (Cahoot Sunny Day). I cancelled each regular payment and set up the new ones. Now when I check in the app it still shows the payments going to my Chase Saver but I am unable to cancel them and try again.I spoke to Chase on the phone yesterday and was told everything looks correct with the bank but I want to be able to confirm for myself in the app. I’ve been in touch again this morning and they are on the case.1

When Chase send out a new debit card, would it need to be signed for? I was away, and have a card from royal mail saying a letter needs to be signed for, please arrange re delivery. I've done that for next Wednesday. I can't think what it would be though.
I did get a message from chase saying they'd be issuing a new card a few days ago, but I don't recall ever having to sign for a bank card in the past.0
