Has anyone ever had an issue whereby a transaction late in one month is being counted towards the cashback for the following one?
Made a large transaction on the morning of 30th November for £400, I got £3.87 cashback as it maxed out the November quota. We are now on the 11th December, Chase are claiming I have accrued £13.35 cashback so far this month, problem is they are counting that late November £400 transaction (with the £3.87 cashback) in the total.
They are opening a case but wondered if anyone else ever had this issue.0 -

Its bizarre because they have paid me cashback for it on November terms (only £3.87 paid because was at the limit) yet is clearly included in the calculation for December cashback accrued so far. So it needs looking at.0 -
As an aside, just had an email about changes to some terms and conditions (as of 12th Feb 24). The following two may be of interest to some....
· You’ll soon be able to deposit cash into your current account at any PayPoint location. We’ve updated the General Account Terms and Conditions to provide details of how you can make cash deposits and the limits that apply. Information on the limits will be available in app and on our website when the changes take effect.
· We’ve explained that we may, in some circumstances, decide not to re-issue a replacement debit card when your debit card expires. This might be the case if, for example, you’ve not used your debit card for a long time before its expiry. Further information will be available in app and on our website when the changes take effect.
No details yet for the former about the cost to do so, or if there is a limit.0 -

It would have been useful if Chase had provided a link to the .pdf in the email. Presumably it's a generic set of T&Cs and not personalised, so would make little odds.

Got a new phone. Can't believe I have to re-do ID documents to set up the app on a new phone.0

Had a couple of refunds recently on my chase debit card. In the past when I had a refund back onto the card. they took back the cashback I earned at the same time as the refund, as I would expect. However with my recent refunds this hasn’t happened. Anyone else have similar experiences?0

It's also restricted to a single device, if bad people were able to easily impersonate you (say by a simple SIM swap) you would be unable to set up another device to access your account.
BTW, have you set a SIM lock code?
