    Nicely done!

ANOTHER UKCPM ONE BITES THE DUST!

If it helps, in the cases I've lay repped I have also never convinced a Judge to order costs at all. They just say no, it's a small claim.

You could sue the principal (landowner - whoever signed the UKCPM contract) for letting their agents cause this distress and cost to you.

A landowner might cough up as a goodwill gesture when they see the LBC from you. Could be worth it, depends who that principal is and whether you think it's worth rattling their cage.

Either way, please focus your energy on this (below) as your final PPC and roboclaim scam fightback effort.

We need you to be here alongside us.

All this court claim harassment and adding a false 'DRA fee' layer that was never incurred, is partly a way to gaslight and intimidate people into paying more, and partly it funds the 'race to court' roboclaim culture you've just experienced.

    Both of which must end.

And that's what we want you to tell the Government. As we will (again...this will be the 3rd and final Public Consultation)!

IMPORTANT - IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE LAW ON THIS:

Please read this and come back in good time for the upcoming Public Consultation (date TBA) that you will no doubt be keen to respond to:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6371803/time-limits-on-pcn-court-claims#latest

Read it if you didn't know the Govt very nearly got a statutory ban on DRA +£70 extortion over the line, and lower parking charge levels, but the moneymen have temporarily blocked it last month, and threw their toys out the pram.

We need high numbers of genuine victim respondents to unblock it again.

Hi @Daiapolon2021 I wonder if you would re-issue the link to your WS and associated docs bundle please?  The above link doesn't work for me unfortunately and I have an overdue deadline (my error) to adhere to. Thank you.

Works for me...are you looking at the most recent link?  Also, you don't need it  because you can work with the one by @aphex007

I’ve been working on this for hours now. Am I supposed to be just repeating my defense within my witness statement with additional evidence attached?

Sort of... a WS supports the defence.

This shouldn't take several hours. It's just a statement in the first person about what you know to be true and attaching exhibits. Most people just copy & adapt another one already written.

  • Thanks. I'm copying my defence into the format of the WS's recommended and adding some exhibits to back up my case.  I'll share via a link (if I can work out how to do that) once done and I'd welcome an eye cast and any constructive comments if anyone has the time.
