            Normal - they usually send a rent-a-legal to represent them.Jenni x1

I have another question please. I am trying to recall, but I might have used the lessee template at the start of the process https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5703794/civil-enforcement-and-a-lease-car-cancelled-the-pcn. Could this invalidate my case in any way? Thanks!0

Are/were you the RK of your own car OR was it a leased car? When you say start of the process do you mean the initial appeal?1

RK and owner. I see an appeal dated from 13 days after the PCN, so not sure where they got the lessee story from. They did not send any evidence of me stating I was the lessee.0

Normal because as you will (we hope) know from reading all the completed claim cases, they never do. They send a rent-a-legal-rep.
You can find LOADS of court hearing reports and outcomes simply by searching the forum for ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST and filtering to 'newest' discussions on this board only.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have so many "cases" and have very little process management that it's highly likely that two template replies (yes - we get the irony) have been mixed up.Daiapolon2021 said:RK and owner. Now we have the full story, it can be said that providing you put the correct facts in your defence and have/will back it up in your witness statement, you have not prejudiced your case.2

thanks @Le_Kirk. If I send a copy of their WS would the fora members be willing to read it? Obviously with no names etc.
