Thanks you for the advice. I think I’m greiving for dancepops, dancegran and for DS2 moving out issues so not surprising my home is a tip. On the good news my parents’ house is nearly empty and I’m contemplating decorating a few rooms. The workshops machinery is leaving this week. I have just 2 bookcases and a desk upstairs to dismantle and then hope they can make it downstairs past the badly placed ground floor loo.We have had further issues with DS2 and the home this week so I had to drive over there yesterday. I spent the morning at a Tiny town with my niece and great niece which was a treat. Her front tooth was very wobbly and she was in pain eating lunch there. I have just received a photo of said tooth, it finally has come out. The tooth fairy will be on duty tonight.

Morning all...rubbish night's sleep, so been up since 5am.
Both puppies have upset tummies, so must have found something disgusting to share in the garden yesterday. Their crate will need mucking out when my stomach can handle that.
Velvet Boy is telling me he's ready to cross the bridge. His back legs have gone and I had to wheelbarrow him outside this morning on his front paws. He looks tired and so old. He rallied this week while DSS came to stay, but I think it's time to say goodbye. DSS will be devastated when he gets up but at least he will have a chance to say goodbye. My heart will break later at the vets, but it's big girl pants time. He's been a fabulous dog and has got to a good age for a Ridgeback.
So, I'm huddled up in bed with a cuppa, waiting for the day to begin proper.10 -
Hugs Dizzy. Morning all.
Todays plans include changing sofa covers, usual dailies and dog walking and some council work.Spend less now, work less later.11 -
Morning ladies,
Hugs to all, especially Dizzy, Piggers and DM xxx
Persisting it down here and set in for the day. So far I have had a shower, cleaned the shower whilst in it, fed the dog and chickens, made my bed and sorted yet another pile of stuff for the chazza. I have also listed a big item on FB for free, fingers crossed that goes today.
Last night I was very rock n roll and cleared out my spice cupboard! I have lots of empty glass jars now so will walk to the bottle bank at some point. I am going to cook us all a full english now, have lovely days all x11 -
Morning xx
Hugs to Dizzy, DM, piggers, kaz, YL, asb, Fayolle, iona, HB, PB, Valli, Natty, Narc0, Jazee, Badcat, and all flyladies past and present including all you lurkers...do drop in and say hello. We don't bite 😁
Sorry if I've forgotten anyone. When I started that sentence I hadn't planned on naming so many but the names just kept on coming 💖
After another day / week / month spent gaining an A* in Lazyology - with a distinction in reading, watching TV, and playing mindless online games I've decided that today is the day to START AGAIN (again) 🙄
Something apt popped up on FB - and this time I'm not starting from scratch, I'm starting from experience. It's a spiral not a straight line so I can build on what's already done. Makes sense to me 🤓
If you are reading this and want to start, but don't know where to start, you are not alone. Overwhelmed R Us. But we can do this. One tiny step at a time.
I'm up, I've made my bed, and savoured my first brew. Let's get this wagon rolling - one wheel on my wagon, but I'm still rolling along....
Round 1
Brew 2 and breakfast
Get dressed
Feed the birds
Put out the recycling
That'll do for starters. Baby steps. Let me know what your first Round is. It can be one thing. That's how marathons begin - with the first step. We can do this 😉
Love to all

Round 1:
make cuppa 2
set wm going
turf DD out of bed to work
bury DH under the patio.Ok, maybe not the last one, but it’s a close run thing 😡
Am feeling the urge to clear out a kitchen cupboard. I might have to lie down until the urge passes.
Love and hugs, holding onto my sticks and spoons as a dark mood is threatening on the horizon, and I would really like it gone. Xx11 -
Cooey, me again. Dog walk abandoned due to rain so I've been prepping for the freezer the free fruit and veg I got from the community fridge yesterday. I'm also going to leave changing the sofa covers until a better day weather wise.
Spend less now, work less later.11 -
I'm back. Thank you for the hug Fayolle ❤ your last item made me laugh. Poor DH....what's he done now?
That hug= two wheels on my wagon now, and I'm still rolling along 🙂
Round 1 completed + pile of receipts moved from coffee table to pile on kitchen table, clock and photo frame (still in their boxes) taken upstairs, splashed bleach in the loo, moved a couple of boxes out of RoD and into Flylady Retreat. The man is coming to do the 5 year check on leccy on 1st September and will need access to all sockets. Thanks to the power of Flylady this is not a problem apart from the RoD. (That moment when you realise just how far you have progressed without noticing it happen 😊 ). So I've started moving things into the empty Retreat, formerly DS's bedroom. If I move a couple of bags or boxes every time I go up I won't be doing it all in a last minute panic on 31st August.
This morning I found / rediscovered: my Virgo mug, an egg cup (I knew there'd be some somewhere 😂), Red Door perfume, and a silver necklace with an infinity symbol on it - which I really like, but don't remember ever seeing before. So those items have been homed appropriately.
Oh and when I went to the bin I pulled up 5 weeds and put them in the recycling bin. Baby steps.
Round 2
Sort washing into loads
Set 1st load swishing
WUDUPA a bowl of pots
That's enough to be going on with. Have a cushion Fayolle. Good to have you on board my wagon ❤.

DD dropped at work. 2 councils and the highways agency have conspired to close all the roads in the area apart from one. Absolute chaos everywhere, especially with the holiday traffic racing through. I get to do it all again later.
Round 2:
hang up wet washing
sort out clean washing
HHI
water gh
Cuppa 3
Waiting for the promised 90% chance of torrential rain - it’s 2 hours late so far…supposed to last all day.10 -
I'm here, OH thought he would have a turn in the WAC at 4am! and he has been up ever since, but now says he is tired, (I'm not surprised) he thinks he either wants to sleep or go and see the 'Banksey' that has appeared locally, so he is watching telly................ I'll let him tell me when he is ready for anything.Recycling outSlight rain but the sun is coming outGot some outside log moving to do! well the lorry has just rocked up and tipped the logs all over my 'new' drive.Have a good afternoonBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
