Pics are fine for me (on an iPad). Love the arrangements especially the yellow one...so cheerful.
Im not very well, I appear to have a stomach bug - d only, but there's a bit of pain, too. This might scupper my plans for tomorrow.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hope you're ok this morning Valli and can have your jolly day out. Morning all.
Garden project almost completed. A trip to a garden centre today with visitors for a lunch treat will enable me to buy the last of the plants.
Also need a trip to the tip, and we're out for a meal tonight.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.11 -
Well I wasn't expecting that... after a couple of dashes to the loo and the discomfort. But I slept well and everything seems ok this morning. So I'm off to visit my sister and I'm taking mum. I have to do a lateral flow test then I can meet Freddie.

Valli - it may be the bug that I started with on Saturday. d with nausea and some cramps but no v. Symptoms ended yesterday but feel washed out now. On the plus side I've lost a few pounds!! (I'm told that a lot of people in this area have succumbed) Hope you feel better soon xx
There's been no flying at this house apart from making my bed every morning - I didn't even get dressed yesterday.
First job today is shower, hair wash and all clean clothes. Then WM x1.
Hugs

Been left on my own today, Dave's gone to sort out the house in Seafood. I'm staying at home as I walloped my forehead on the corner of the dining room chair last night while picking something up😵💫😵💫. Slight temperature and a banging headache, so am staying in watching TV/dozing on the sofa with the dog.🤕🤕 Might even pack a box up here, I did say might...lolPopped over to feed my neighbour's hamster and she took some food from me, squeaked for more and let me stroke her nose... Made my day 🥰
Meant to put that after losing this first stone in weight all my blood tests have come back normal but the biggie is that my cholesterol levels have come 2 points, from 5.5 to 3.4. I've never had it that low before... Now just to get this last 1½ stone off..😊Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Good afternoon all,
Hugs to all the poorlies and those who need a pick me up this morning. Happy belated anniversary YL xx
It has been a busy few days here with various sports clubs, egg deliveries, laundry, swimming lessons, keeping on the top of feeding everyone etc! I have a load on the line at the moment which is drying nicely in the wind, and everywhere is fairly tidy. I need to get some more chicken food today, and do another egg delivery. We were all later to bed than normal last night so we are tired today. I will be collecting the children at 2pm following which we will have a lazy afternoon.
I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the day, take care all xx10 -

Thanks all xx OH is home and asleep, at hospital a lot longer than expected, they were not happy with blood test results, so re did the tests and got the same results, so they have tweaked something, 3 hours later they took out the line then OH had sensitivity so had to stay until that had gone, but the nurses came out to find me and tell me in person, which was lovely of them, so tomorrow is the tablets for 14 days. The flowers look lovely, I too like the yellow ones.Happy 90th Birthday xxI have put the shopping awayFed the catEaten a sandwichBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Ouch Natty hope you are OK. Flowers are beautiful Narco have fun, and I am glad OH is home Kaz.
Feeling a bit flat after all the excitement of the last few days. And work is rubbish. Have made two pots of curry for tea, veggie for me and chicken for DH. Have changed DS1s bed, he doesnt sleep in it often but sheets havent been changed for ages.
I have also run the cordless vac around. Going to eat curry then put clean washing away and generally tidy up before getting settled down with my book, think DH might be late home.9 -
Sorry, have been awol.

Busy work, might be out of a job sooner than expected, which (it turns out) doesn’t actually suit my mindset.Flying - wm x1, not made it to the ironing pile this evening. But dinner did use up 2 things from my freezer list. Small wins.
Tomorrow I am flying at home, so will read the lists and play catch up.
Love to all x8
