Yes indeed.  DelGrosso had changed it yet again. I checked.  That’s where MP sent it 2nd time.  I think it’s his accountants address.  It was returned unopened.
  • How about the MP sending a letter c/o Autosec's known solicitors, which in other cases has been confirmed as a current address for service for him, by virtue of various claim forms?
    Thanks @Coupon-mad.
Do you mean his most recently amended correspondence (accountants) address as per companies house (Bradford?)
Or do you mean send c/o DCBLegal?

I think the clue is in the use of the word Solicitors. ;)

    @Coupon-mad
Would you be kind enough to comment on this before I reply to MP?

I keep thinking it may be beneficial to send a letter c/o Autosec’s known Solicitors, which in other cases has been confirmed as a current address for service for him, by virtue of various claim forms?

I would be grateful if you could redact my email address which I have purposefully withheld to date.

May I ask you to include..
1:  That their client prove a written contract existed between themselves and the Landowner. 2:  That a timely appeal was submitted and ignored.
3:  That a SAR to their Client was ignored.
4:  £70 added over the original PCN will be deemed abuse of process and dismissed.
5:  my intention to counterclaim and fully defend claim.
6:  Request your clients current correspondence address for mediation consideration.

Once again I really appreciate you trying to help.
    Regards.

You don't need a question mark at the end of the first paragraph.  You will have to provide the solicitor firm's name and address, was it DCBLEGAL he's been using in the other threads?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • was it DCBLEGAL he's been using in the other threads?
Yes.  DCBLegal referred to him as ‘our client.’
I’ll send off to MP now.

    Thanks
  • Help please, I’m flummoxed!
Reply to my SAR from DVLA just arrived via post. No mention of Autosec or TNC.  Just an old council request for a bus Lane fine.   Nothing else at all.
    TNC issued NTK.
I didn’t expect that, it can’t be right surely.  Now what?
  • Let's see how up to date the BPA are in record keeping as they should know where Del Grosso is and so should DCBL
The BPA confirmed he is no longer a member, since March.
I asked MP to forward unopened letters to DCBLegal as they are acting on his behalf.

The Companies Act dictates that service on a company's registered office address is always good service (this is separate and concurrent to the CPR).  Worth googling the Exall blog.

Assuming that is right, it doesn't really matter if the post is returned unopened as it is correctly served - albeit for SARs that could perhaps be flagged with the DCO.

It's not dissimilar to serving notices at the registered address on a v5c *wicked smile*

Permission to serve upon a solicitor is case specific, so one size doesn't fit all in that regard.
