Complain to the BPA as well about TNC claiming they obtained keeper data from the DVLA.

I don't see a problem with complaining to the DVLA. They won't have received anything from Keller Lenkner yet so won't be able to link you to them. Even if they did, I suggest it would be a case of, So what?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

    Ask the DVLA to investigate.

Complain to the ICO about an SAR to Autosec's registered address being returned unopened.
Thanks I will when I get chance.

Is it ok to still communicate with DVLA if I joined the Keller Lenkner group action against the DVLA?
Yes.  You are entitled to join a group action.

  • You don't need a question mark at the end of the first paragraph.  You will have to provide the solicitor firm's name and address, was it DCBLEGAL he's been using in the other threads?
    @Coupon-mad
this was my MP’s response today.

Just to clarify, I am not in a position to act as your solicitor. I will however put these questions to DCB Legal and I will be in touch when I receive a reply. If, in the meantime, there is anything else I can do to help please do let me know.

I’m not sure I dare ask him anything else.

No idea why he thinks you are asking him to act as your solicitor, it's merely a known working address where this Claimant can reasonably be reached, given he appears to be refusing or returning post sent to the registered address of his company.

I would definitely email him back politely stating that you've never asked or implied or insinuated you expected him to act as "your solicitor" as you know how things work! It just seemed a bit patronising and best to politely set out your stall early to reinforce the fact you know your stuff and what you're should he try and think he can fob you off 😉  not saying he's like that, but doesn't hurt to clarify the situation of what your expecting as it seems hasn't quite grasped it.

I think best ‘not’ at this stage.

It’s likely he’s still a bit raw from being demoted to the back benches last week.
That and the fact he failed his Philosophy and Law degree.  I did ask him not to reveal my personal data this time...

  • Definitely. So long as you're tactful and let them know you "know how the world works" early they aren't too bad. To be fair the polite direct approach works.
  • My MP finally got a wishy washy reply from BPA.......

Thank you for your email dated 21 September 2021.

I have approached Autosec for their comments, in line with our investigations process.

I will be in touch with an update once I have concluded my investigation.

    Kind regards

Yeah, good luck with that one.  The latest is Del Grosso has moved to Italy!  DCBLegal will have to work very hard for this lot.
