Complain to the BPA as well about TNC claiming they obtained keeper data from the DVLA.
I don't see a problem with complaining to the DVLA. They won't have received anything from Keller Lenkner yet so won't be able to link you to them. Even if they did, I suggest it would be a case of, So what?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -

Ask the DVLA to investigate.
Complain to the ICO about an SAR to Autosec's registered address being returned unopened. Is it ok to still communicate with DVLA if I joined the Keller Lenkner group action against the DVLA?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My case is still awaiting court date too and I've got all the findings of my investigation collated into a rough draft WS (which it seems like I'm constantly adding facts to) plus in the wings I've drafted up complaints, letters, reports and allegations all ready to go to the relevant bodies/ authorities which I'll push through as soon as the court has been and gone or disposed out of court if that happens as I'll have more or can conclude my accounts once that is finalised. There is nothing wrong with putting yours in now as it sounds like you've got strong evidence and needs addressing sooner than later where mine is slowtime. There is no right or wrong way to when you do some of these tasks.5 -

this was my MP’s response today.Just to clarify, I am not in a position to act as your solicitor. I will however put these questions to DCB Legal and I will be in touch when I receive a reply. If, in the meantime, there is anything else I can do to help please do let me know.I’m not sure I dare ask him anything else.3 -
No idea why he thinks you are asking him to act as your solicitor, it's merely a known working address where this Claimant can reasonably be reached, given he appears to be refusing or returning post sent to the registered address of his company.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I did ask him not to reveal my personal data this time...3

Definitely. So long as you're tactful and let them know you "know how the world works" early they aren't too bad. To be fair the polite direct approach works.4

My MP finally got a wishy washy reply from BPA.......
Thank you for your email dated 21 September 2021.I have approached Autosec for their comments, in line with our investigations process.
I will be in touch with an update once I have concluded my investigation.
Kind regards
