The question is, what address will DCBL send their bill to and the costs awarded when they lose the case.
As said before, are DCBL really that desperate ???2 -
They probably have a client account already set up so they can deduct their fees from the PCN's/claims which are paid before the hearing.patient_dream said:The question is, what address will DCBL send their bill to and the costs awarded when they lose the case.

Dcbl have an encrypted file sharing system- that's what they said in my SAR. All these roboclaims are done digitally due to the sheer volume of tosh they are flushing through the court system.

There is a different correspondence address in Beverley for Del Grosso as director of Morland AquisitionsVoyeurmse said:

It’s the same address as on ICO’s list.Seems he changes everything slightly to cause havoc.Sent complaint to ICO today. Apparently they need up to 3 months to reply!3

Anyone know the legal stance on this...?
I’m upset/angry that my MP has sent yet another letter to DelGrosso (which is fine), this time at his other address BUT..... he states ‘see my constituents emails’ and has enclosed my emails to him!? Surely this was private for my MP’s eyes only???I’ve never given Del Grosso an email address nor did I want him to know details of any evidence I might rely on. Surely this should be left for court preparation?0 -
It seems like a faux pas and possibly a data breach , but if you want MP assistance then it won't help if you complain
However , it is a mighty good reason for having a separate Gmail account for any emails involving topics like this , only using your proper email address for personal reasons and utilities , banks etc. Which is what we have recommended for years4 -
I was horrified. This is what he sent me....

” Please see the enclosed emails and photos that I have received from my constituent ****** ********As you will see, my constituent has been in touch with me about a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) she received in 2018. It seems incomprehensible that she is being penalised for parking in a bay that she has a permit for. She tells me that she has appealed the PCN but she has not yet had a response.I would be grateful if you could investigate, take appropriate action to address the points she raises and for an update when you have had a chance to do so. I would also be grateful if you could put any enforcement action on hold whilst you investigate. I look forward to your response which I can share with my constituent.”
So not only has he revealed my email that TNC and DCBL have never had but I have no idea what photos he’s sent! I’m anxious because there were a lot and were to be used as evidence in court.1 -
Which you would have had to disclose in your WS prior to the hearing anyway. If they're as damning as you indicate then it is highly unlikely that early disclosure will give him a way out - other than to cancel the PCN/claim, which is probably your end goal anyway.Voyeurmse said:I was horrified.
