put the sim from another network in the phone and then enter the code when it asks for a restriction code

I have a rather ancient Nortel Nevada which I am told by T-Mobile cannot be unlocked due to the age of the Phone (9Years), they do not have the information on their data bases !!
Does any one know different ??????

Can you give me the unlock code for my Nokia 6030 which has the IMEI number: 356632009723586.

Also, when I downloaded the programs on the first page, t did not give me the option for a Nokia 6030. Am I doing something wrong?

put another Networks sim card in the phone and enter the code when asked to enter a restriction code

this is a new model , the calcs have not been updated to reflect this
