  • oh gosh bufster, rest up, lots of fluid and paracetomol and rest.  Hope you are better soon x
  • so many things doing the rounds but covid does seem very rife so please do a PCR
I ordered a postal one the other day just in case I ever feel so unwell i can't drive etc,

I think sometimes the anxiety of being around people heightens our symptons and the anxiety takes over
  • Am so ill.

So so ill. I don't like it. I mean obviously no one does but it is highly unsettling. I did change the rabbit and guinea pig cages yesterday as the smell was horrendous. Outside rabbits only got seen once. Managed to set cover(took forever), spent the rest of the time in bed. Night time is the worst as I seem to wake up either shivering or sweating. Am currently wearing a dressing gown - unheard of in this house (Living room 23.5 degrees). I can't relax. Bed was soaked this morning. SO gross.

On the plus side am neither spending money or using petrol. Done two covid tests both negatives and have sent for a PCR test just in case. Am super paranoid about Mum. I ache so much, my knees an my back, Good grief. It hurts!

Still can type today and feel more lucid.

Am keeping away from Mum and she has just come in with porridge.
also get on to your DR's , it sounds like you could well have a kidney infection and a urine test will determine that
I've had several in the past and aching back along with mad shivering or uncontrollable sweats are pretty common place
    Take care x
