  • Evening all,

Been off for 2 weeks. No much over all progress at all. Spending is ok tho. Napping skills are good, watched a lot of Ghost Whisperer Good grief being alive is expensive. Just did a weekly (well fortnightly for now) for 83 pounds. For 2 people. I kinda let go a bit and ordered dried fruit and yoghurt drinks you know the luxuries. Well I guess they are now.

I am watching Purple Hearts - film on Netflix. I liked it. It was very emotional  and a bit twee but in a good way. Made America look like a country where anything was possible :)

Also the bloke was fit !

Loan is 5180 and CC is 0.

Money wise it is ok... I will manage and hopefully have some fun at some point.

I got petrol yesterday - 1.99 a litre, from 2.04 I shouldn't need to get much in the holiday. Spent £46 pounds.

Today I will be mostly indoors clearing out the spare room.

The lawnmower sounded scary. Not surprised chocolate was needed.

  • Still haven't got in touch with the lawnmower people.

Had a lovely day today, went out to lunch with my friends and had such a bloody good laugh. It was good.

so far animals are surviving the horrible heat. I did find one of the Koi dead which is really upsetting. I suspect lack of oxygen.

I wanted to watch a film with mum but am so tired. sitting down is probably not the answer.

I think if you’re tired, sitting down is exactly the answer.
Sounds as if you’ve had a lovely day 👍

I didn't hear him this morning but he has been getting "this is really serious" more & more recently.  Maybe he should start his own political party - they would be in at the next general election if we have anything to say about it.  They have a go at Angela Rayner but at least she knows what the bulk of us have to deal with & lives in the real world.

  • Suffice to say the "holidays" aren't going well at all. I really do want to be back at work. I miss the interaction and routine, the push to do stuff.  I don't know how my sister does this all the time. It is miserable. Also the heat is destroying me, I can't do anything without sweating in places I do not want to sweat in. I am so angry about the heat and my inability to work in it. This constant feeling of time running out. Also spending all my time panicking about the animals. There is no room any where. I can't even bring them in.

    IT IS SO HOT ALREADY.

Today's plans involve a haircut and a late lunch with my best friend and her parents and children. Which under normal circumstances would be great but it is 35 degrees today and I will just worry about all the furries and Mum.

My room is completely unusable as I started on the spare room and then..............I am sitting here as if I have time......I really do not. Still sitting here!
