and it is Wednesday. Washing is on, I cleaned out the piggies yesterday, I do love them, one of them (my favourite but don't tell anyone) comes up for a chin scratch most mornings and just sits there quite happily for ages. let two very happy dogs out who could tell i wasn't going anywhere. Not been out to the rabbits yet.
Last year I did a sponsored walk thing in August, had to get 10,000 steps every day, it was hard work to do it but I felt really good afterwards, that plus the minimum 30 minutes walking every day I felt better. One friend told me I seemed lighter and fitter from it. I kept it up till I got covid at the end of November. I didn't really feel better till about April so i never started again. I put on 5 pounds since then but I have so far(each year) I lose that in the first term of work due to stress, I have been within the same weight for about 10 years now, but I know I don't feel as good as I used to last year with the walking. I have woken up this morning with a terrible back ache from the drive yesterday and generally being tense all the time I was out. I don't know what this is leading to, I wish I could enjoy exercise but I just don't! The walking was always such a pain to fit into the day. Last year I did an average of 41 active minutes each day, now it is 21 minutes. Walking definitely helps. I must find a way.
I am watching BBC news and it is awful, as in the presenters - just had to say that. Although the Geordie Shores woman was good. I thought she was interesting. Mikel Arteta documentary looks good. But I do love him so might be biased!
Right break over, on with washing and one shed today. dreading the spider situation. Big gloves and a broom!

Pleased the funeral went as well as it could for you. It would be nice for you to keep in touch with your cousin if you canJanuary spends - £587.581

Totally wasted day. Mum is obviously deeply unhappy and in pain, I went outside to the shed and promptly found a spider on the first thing I moved. In the end I just stood there and thought why? WHY Am I DOING THIS? Freaking myself out. Hot sweaty. Annoyed. Meant to be on holiday.
So I came in. Basically just went back to bed which left mum without lunch cos I didn't wake up till 3.30. It is ok tho she had a cup of tea and some biscuits( - we need to go food shopping) so didn't want anything and chatted to my sister for almost 3 hours. I got to eat one of my favourite lunches.
I think yesterday took it out of me. I am so glad it is over.Nevertheless she persisted.2 -
Glad the funeral is over. There seem to be a lot of spiders about spinning webs everywhere. I even found one in my hair 😱 Mind you anything could get lost in my bird’s nest 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Today was.....a good day.
I wasn't well this morning and nearly cancelled my plans but I didn't! I went and got bread and a did my final big river return - they are really so good. My refunds have paid for the new bras I am experimenting with so that is good.
I had lunch out with work people and it was lovely. A proper laugh. Then I came home, cut the grass but the lawn mower caught fire so yeah....... I had a nap!
dinner was super easy jacket potato which has given me heart burn but have done all my jobs and going to find some chocolate.
Nevertheless she persisted.4 -
Eeek to the lawnmower!!
