I'm WFH and every time I come through the door I get a wheek chorus, but Ginger stays to have a chat and she has a LOT to say.1

I am taking mum to the opticians today which means I am waiting for that to be done, I will try to do some washing and indoor tidying. Tomorrow we are visiting my sister for the first time since Christmas. Mum is excited which is good. But not really time to myself as it is all a mission and I of course need to cook dinner............
Do other people get flies in their house? As soon as I open the back door we get them.
best do some washing.Nevertheless she persisted.4 -
Sometimes Nigella Lawson comes on TV and I am quite happy to watch her, other times I want to break the TV in Frustration. She is so bloody "perfect". Grrrrrrr.
Deep breath.
I ordered an indoor run for the piggies but have realised it is too bigNormally they would run around in the hall upstairs but with the stairlift things are a little tricky. I still do it but it would easier in the week to pop them in something. So will have to send that back and order a smaller one. Annoying.
I think the plan today is to get mum to the opticians and then see if I can cut the grass. That would be a good thing. And maybe some shopping tonight. As we have no food really. well we do. Just nothing that is easy to cook.

You're maybe getting flys because of the indoor pets... not a lot you can do about it, so keep the windows open and hopefully they'll fly out againI think one of your main problems is you try to spread yourself too thin. Taking on so many things that need doing all at the same time ends up with everything half done and nothing finished. Having read your diary for a while it seems that your first priority should be your bedroom. It would give you somewhere to work comfortably and also be your 'safe space', which I think you need.Rabbit hutches, rabbit bonding, piggy runs, grass cutting, clearing sheds, tip runs are superfluous to having a bedroom which can be your sanctuary. Does the clearout seem to big? Are the other 'imperatives' a way of avoiding what seems to be a massive task?I'd put everything thing else (other than eating) on hold and empty the bedroom of everything other than the bed, desk and wardrobe, then concentrate on making it YOUR space. To be honest I think your first priority at the moment has to be you... you know what they say about grabbing your own oxygen mask first....((((hugs)))) XX
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy7 -

And also you are totally right about the bedroom being a massive task. Worst it has ever been. When I had my house bun I had to keep the floor clear but now it is just a dumping ground. An absolute dumping ground!

Always have flys in when the doors are open. I’ve got floor length voils up at the patio doors which do deter a lot of them but the slightest breeze and the curtains billow and the flys sneak in….the buggers.2
