I did pretty well yesterday and at the weekend.
Today though I woke up with a terrible headache and a very achy jaw. i just couldn't relax.
The headache turned to a migraine and started to affect my eyes. I was nearly sick and had to leave work, missing a parents' evening, came back here and slept for a few hours. The headache has died off a bit. I hate my job, well I hate the way things are managed or rather not managed. I must 100% remember that people do not care. As in the bosses.
Work is awful and ludicrous for many reasons. Am beyond sick of it. I wish I didn't have such teacher guilt. I feel bad missing the parents evening, I feel bad cos I was stroppy with a class who didn't fully deserve it.
Today was a NSD.
My hair feels nice.
I don't know why I am sitting here. I should go to bed. But that means tomorrow comes quicker.

I hope you feel much better soon.
I hear you on the job. I've loved it for 30 years and I'm leaving education in April all being well. X1 -

I do, I mean I have normal post migraine weirdness. But managed to sort the rabbits out a bit (they are stressing me out) and do a much over due water change on the fish tank. I cannot do work in the evenings, too much other stuff to do but should be able to work at work and weekends.
Still totally convinced I have seen the Tourist before. It is driving me batty.Nevertheless she persisted.3 -

How much water do you change on the fish tank. We have a 4 ft tank and only need to replace a small amount of water a couple of times a year ?January spends - £587.582

I "should" do 25% - 50% a week, but we had a leak in the area and they always mess up the water (high N03) after that, so haven't done one for ages. My tank is unfortunately overstocked and under filtered so it is pretty gross. I bought a new external filter ages go but Mum kept me busy, and I have a new light (Christmas present) to put on so am trying to sort it out a bit at a time with no massive changes.milann said:How much water do you change on the fish tank.
