Sending love and very gentle hugs. I echo what the others said, it's a shock and a trauma (sometimes it's enough to set off my eczema). And yes you feel very vulnerable and realise how fragile you are and how you have to work out a way to get yourself up (and you do have to, however impossible it might feel). take time to let your body settle and adjust.

I thought I had already posted here. 

Anyhow still no Big river shopping, only spent on Tuesday. I have a shocking headache and considering going back to bed. My best friend has made a surprise visit so I need to go and see her. Will need to get food for that. Got loads of chores to do. 

I just want a day off without any "have to's"

I really do. 

And I am just having a conversation about the have to's 

I think the headache is the result of the stress about everything.

Hello XX Welcome to the crazy. I love the piggies and the puppies (not that they are puppies) both much easier than the buns. Tho tonight the dogs got worried cos I went out. They are ok now I am back...

Ooo yes I went out! My best friend in the world came for a visit and we met at our other best friend in the world's house, one of us was missing but she has many vulnerable family members so couldn't come. It was so so good to see them, they are like a magic potion I swear.  

Tomorrow's list is long but doable. small furries and pack up Christmas. Tip. Obviously. 

I am going to have a Bailey's.
