Do laps around the conservatory? I've been hideous at exercise since before Christmas. I'm building up the motivation to go for a decent walk but I've hit that age where hot flushes happen with alarming regularity and the thought of being bundled up in a coat for a walk and having a flush is enough to put me off. I spend half the night laying uncovered and naked on the bed with the window wide open and then wake up 20 mins later and can't feel my toes I'm so cold. Maybe I'll just do laps of the fridge instead.1

Oh God.
I went out in the garden to see to the rabbits and fell over. I don't mean a little stumble I mean a full on SMACK on the floor, whole of tubby me on one knee, honestly thought I wouldn't be able to get up, that I had done something terrible to my knee. I mean I have as it is currently twice the size of the other one and I have only just stopped crying. Still shaking. I have ice on it. I can bend it. I took ibuprofen. No walking.
Nevertheless she persisted.1 -
Oh Buffster, sending gentle hugs.
