Ok so when I fell over yesterday I didn't realise that both my arms hit the low walls on either side of the path, so they hurt, I have pulled a muscle in my Bum and my knee is swollen. I am so tired it is unreal. I nearly lost the plot last night. And again at points this morning, Break time my friend noticed my knee and was horrified. I am not doing my walk. That is !!!!!! me off, am upset but am going to do an average daily amount of walking - last year my fitbit average was 41 minutes a day so would like to beat that.
Work wasn't so bad today but had a lunch time club and after school lesson (which was fun to be fair) so am shattered. Food delivery in a bit.
Oh my GOD everything hurts or just feels uncomfortable!!!!Nevertheless she persisted.2 -

I skewered my hand on a massive meat fork last year and actually spent about an hour shaking and thinking I was going to be sick. Please give yourself plenty of rest and don't be hard on yourself because you're injured and can't go walking. And if it's not getting better then please get yourself checked. Not giving up
