Yes, it's real and must be paid in full by day 30 at the latest.  You ignored a court claim.
is there nothing i can do as i said we are busy sorting a case out for the same carpark and same offence [staff parking in a public car park)  so how can they make another claim when the first one is not sorted yet

There is nothing you can do.  You can't get it set aside if you received the claim.

Paying it means there will be no CCJ.

You ignored a court claim, sadly, which is something you must never do and we'd never have advised, had you asked.

It does mean you can now argue against a second claim for other PCN(s), that they are 'estopped' under the doctrine of cause of action estoppel (Google it) and should have brought their entire case in claim number xxxxxxx.  As the Claimant chose not to, they cannot 'have another go' for a matter of similar fact, in terms of the same alleged breach of contract, same car, same car park, same parties, merely a different date.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, it won't stop them trying but I just told you an argument to add.

YOU MUST pay it or your (whoever is the named Defendant) will see their credit rating ruined for six years and you could get bailiffs if you don't.

No and no, to answer each question.

This is dead money, you can't get this back as it's the Defendant's fault (sadly) for not defending a court claim.

A real shame, given you were here on MSE getting advice and were in the right place to ask us about a claim.  Would have taken half an hour to adapt our template defence.
