Did you read my earlier post?
You thanked it, so I guess you did.
yes but i couldnt find it in the section i went to im sorry im no good with all this kind of stuff
You don't need to 'be good with all this kind of stuff'.
I bet your daughter can cope better with it.   :)

To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
There's a link there to the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Within that second post of the NEWBIES thread, there is only one mention of Dropbox.
It's a link... click on it.

    It looks like this...

Whilst she must do a SAR, she is not ‘waiting’ for the SAR to come back, she is at defence stage.  Please stop rushing and get her to read the links and advice calmly over the weekend.

think i found it so the first thing she can do is send the a SAR how long shoul she wait for a reply thanks
No, the first thing is for the Defendant to file an Acknowledgment of Service.

The next thing she needs to do is send a Subject Access Request to the Claimant.
They have a calendar month to reply.

But obviously she DOESN’T wait for it to come back.  Please get more family members to read our advice as you already have a step by step answer but you sound too stressed to concentrate.

Have a break tonight and pick this up again with your daughter, on a laptop at the weekend as maybe you are using a phone which is why you are struggling?  The advice is easy, step by step and you’ve already been given it.

    No she doesn't.

Where in my earlier post, or in the NEWBIES thread, does it say anything about 'sending off' any form to Acknowledge Service?

Your daughter should file an Acknowledgment of Service exactly as I described earlier.

Slow down and take it in stages , one at a time

First job , login to MCOL and do the AOS , she does this , not you

Second job is she emails the SAR , not you , doesn't matter how long before a reply , but assume one month like KeithP said

Third job , after a couple of days of study by her , is start drafting her defence , based on the template by coupon mad

All rushing does is muddle things up , so don't think , don't panic , just do what we say , when we say , if you can't follow it , get her to come on this thread and do it , take some time , a few days at the very least

So check the claim form POC and tell us how many PCNs UKPC are charging for on that claim form , because it's more than one but less than four
