Yes, read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread. @KeithP will be along soon to give you your deadline dates and a nudge to what to do.

And do this too and ask your daughter to share it with ALL her colleagues at the Metro Centre!

The final Government Consultation into the level of parking charges, discounts, false ‘debt recovery add-ons’ (that no PPC actually pays)...

...and the Appeals Charter - that should IMHO result in full cancellations not enrich the PPCs by £20 or more because it would just encourage spurious PCNs that should never be issued...

    ...is now open!

    See separate thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6286801/government-consultation-re-level-of-private-parking-charges-now-open

This forum’s regulars are encouraging email submissions with evidence and photos, letters attached to illustrate what happened to you and why you are answering the way you are.

Please tell your daughter to encourage colleagues who have had these spurious PCNs and claims to email their evidence to the MHCLG as shown in the Consultation and not just do the tick boxes.

The Government want evidence - victims must give it to them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hello and welcome.

With a Claim Issue Date of 28th July, you have until Monday 16th August to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 31st August 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Bear in mind the defendant must do the AOS online on MCOL , plus she must del with this , although you can assist her as a mentor and advisor

Get her to email a SAR to the DPO at UKPC attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all her data , which will include the documents , copies of every PCN , so she knows how many are on file

You didn't say how many they are chasing from the claim form , on the left in the particulars of claim , POC , which was my question

I am surprised that they aren't claiming thousands if 50 PCNs are outstanding
