If you have a broken leg, unquestionably you are therefore disabled.  If a PPC later takes you to court for breach of contract you should imo counter claim for disability discrimination including the landowner in the claim...

I don't think broken legs (and similar) qualify for 'reasonable adjustments' under the Equality Act 2010. I think we have to be careful what we attempt to 'load in' beyond making the Blue Badge the sole identifier of disability.

Using a lot of information here, my long letter to Mrs May has been sent. I am in her constituency so I expect a reply.

* The Technical consultation attempting to make Sir Greg's bill a mockery
* Debt collectors and those who invented the fake charges
* Capping charges
* CCJ's and the courts which Mrs May vowed to stop when she was PM

Don't forget that a few weeks ago there was an alert from MSE saying they are to discontinue PM's

One-to-one PMs are still possible.

However, MSE decided they couldn't wait until 16th August and removed that facility just two days later, on 21st July.

AN UPDATE

I asked all my business colleague throughout the UK to complete the tech consultation and to contact their MP. I asked for a response.

The respones are now coming in.  At first clance it would appear that MP's ARE VERY ANNOYED that the parking industry is attempting to trash Sir Greg's bill.
Sir Greg is a highly respected MP on both sides

This comes from MP's from both sides of the house.

From what I see, the private parking industry is in for a huge shock
