    If you have a broken leg, unquestionably you are therefore disabled.  If a PPC later takes you to court for breach of contract you should imo counter claim for disability discrimination including the landowner in the claim...

    I don't think broken legs (and similar) qualify for 'reasonable adjustments' under the Equality Act 2010. I think we have to be careful what we attempt to 'load in' beyond making the Blue Badge the sole identifier of disability.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hello Jenni_D

    Can I ask two qs about your suggested letter to our local MP. before I post mine off.
    1)   in the 2nd para.  1st sentence will it be better to put industry in inverted commas ?
    2)   also in para. 2   What should I put here where it has been annotated  (including your colleague {Edited for anonymity}

    Hope everyone else who has copied and pasted this have altered it appropriately

    Thanks

    Pustit

    Incidentally, I sent this originally as a PM.  The PM facility now seems useless.  I checked my inbox to see if I had a reply but all I can see in the IN box is my SENT messages.  How ridiculous is that !
    Not everyone on the forums has PMs enabled or will answer a PM if it's from someone fairly new (this is for their personal safety as we've had problems with fairly new people posting offers of help with PCNs/LBCCCs via PM who we later found out weren't who they said were), or maybe Jenni_D's on holiday at the moment?

    Using a lot of information here, my long letter to Mrs May has been sent. I am in her constituency so I expect a reply.

    POINTS RAISED
    * The Technical consultation attempting to make Sir Greg's bill a mockery
    * Debt collectors and those who invented the fake charges
    * Capping charges
    * CCJ's and the courts which Mrs May vowed to stop when she was PM

    Don't forget that a few weeks ago there was an alert from MSE saying they are to discontinue PM's

    That was only for Group PMs.
    One-to-one PMs are still possible.

    Here is the message that MSE published...

    However, MSE decided they couldn't wait until 16th August and removed that facility just two days later, on 21st July.

    Yes, but you said MSE are going to discontinue PMs. That isn't true.
