  • I received the following today. I'm almost sorry to have it end.

    Good Afternoon Mr Rodent,

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.

Our Client has instructed us to close our file with respect to the outstanding PCN issued on 15/12/2017.

We will now close our file and no further action will be taken.

     Kind Regards,

    GOOD NEWS

Amazing .... DCBL must have spent a fortune on this Autosec rubbish.  This one must be investigated by the SRA

It's not going to be long before DCBL will be known as the car crash legal especially with their support of UKPC and so many dodgy claims.   The SRA needs to step in now

DCBL clearly thought they could take over from BWLegal ..... BIG MISTAKE ?

AUTOSEC ???    JUST ANOTHER BPA DISASTER ...... The CEO of the BPA should resign as he is not fit for purpose and not fit for allowing the public to be scammed. In fact, the BPA are well past their use by date

But how many will have 'coughed'. The odd discontinuation loss will be a drop in the ocean in comparison.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

We all know that ...... but it does not mean that the mega scam by the small number of so called legals is will come to an end and you, should be supporting the complaints to the SRA

    Why?

I follow my own analysis rather than being told by someone else what to do. I learned long ago to be my own man.
