I would axk the judge to consider both.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

i will
it doesn’t cost to ask0 -
I have a full list of all actions and letters and the ignorance and blatant disregard for all codes of practice and legislation, whether PoFa, harassment, GDPR etc. I even have screen grabs of texts from TNC that I'll throw into the pot to prove unreasonable behaviour.2

@hullensien probably best if you record your actions on your thread to avoid confusion. 🙂2

We are all behind you.
There have been cases where the judge awarded a lot more. Trouble is, it's a small claims court and there are so many judges who are not up to speed with the ins and outs of the harassment that goes on and the work involved
GO FOR IT ... it can do you no harm and you never know.
If you put in a counterclaim. then it stops DCBL using the old discontinue excuse to hide their failings.2 -
Like everybody else I'm hoping it doesn't get to court, but (chose your appropriate deity) help him when I've finished with him. If it comes down to his word against mine for anything I'll drop the 'Reliable witness' status that goes with my job. I don't think his history would carry as much weight.1

Indeed, I have a Queens Commission and ske has graciousy referred to me as "Trusty and Wellbeolove and in whom we are well pleased"..not many scammers can top that.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

DCBL will be avid readers of his forum, this forum damages their operation as with all the dodgy legals we see here.
If they issue a claim, don't let them them discontinue ??3 -
@Rodent3768
Apologies rodent - just thought this was a general “moan about Del Grosso and DCBL” thread
Perhaps I was getting a little too excited
Although if we all post on here with our issues with the pair of them - a problem shared is a problem halved etc

@hullensien - no problem. There are quite a few threads running about the combo of AutoSec/del Grosso and DCB Legal/DCBL/TNC, all with a common story of dodgy or non-existent paperwork on their behalf and illegal ticketing.
