Well done, and thanks for letting us know.
Once you have come down from your high, would you mind giving us a court report, as brief or as detailed as you feel able.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. Nicely done! Do stick around for one more big battle though, please!BREAKTHROUGH said:Hello guys,
I have won yet again. I cannot be grateful enough to every single one of you who have supported and helped me on this journey. It would not have been possible without you guys. No more PAS to have to deal with. This has been hanging over my head since 2017. Happy to be rid of it.
I expect you are angry about all these pathetic PCNs and the fake added £70?
Please get your own back by coming back here and responding to the Government Final Consultation on the level of parking charges (and the fake added £70 false DRA fee) later this year.To make sure you don't miss it, please read the most recent posts and bookmark and set email alerts for posts added to the Announcement thread by MSE_JC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

            Hello all,
Hope you are all well and have had a great start to the year in these trying times.Unfortunately I do not come bearing good news. I have received yet another CCBC letter from the exact same company as in this thread. I honestly feel deflated at this point and it seems they are hell bent on getting me to pay a fine regardless of how much time they waste. There seems to have been some kind of delay with posting as I only received the letter last week and the issue date on the letter is 04/04/23. I have done the AoS on 19/04/23 but not sure if I was too late. I am currently writing my defence to send to CCBCAQ but just wanted to check if I still have time to do this. Also the fine was not for parking but for turning onto the road, which is clearly evident from the photos received.I am also in the process of sending a letter to the newly appointed solicitors who are acting on their behalf to kindly tell them to withdraw. But I guess I am back at square one again. When I am sending my witness statement and costs, I will be claiming for a lot more than the £90 I received the last time.As usual, your input would be greatly appreciated and I will keep you all posted. Hopefully it’s a hat trick and I win again. Thanks in advance for your support.0

You posted here 27 July 2022 at 11:23AM that you had won! Is this for the same parking claim or a different one?2

You would be wise to start a new thread about this new incident.BREAKTHROUGH said:Unfortunately I do not come bearing good news. I have received yet another CCBC letter from the exact same company as in this thread.
There are few here who will read the nine pages on this thread and of course they don't need to, but the fact they are there means some will read them and draw wrong conclusions.
So please start a new thread - and then tell us the Issue Date on your Claim Form.3

I did win, twice. However this is a new one but the exact same location and company. But not for parking. I didn’t even know you could get a parking ticket for just turning onto a side road.Le_Kirk said:You poster here 27 July 2022 at 11:23AM that you had won! Is this for the same parking claim or a different one?I just wanted to know my deadline for submitting the defence as I kind of know what to do for the rest as I’ve done it twice before.I may have to start a new thread as advised by @KeithP
Thank you both for your reply.1
