Thank you all for the replies. By the time I was able to pass on all this great advice, he had decided to pay the over £400 fine. He said he called the CCBC and was told that he had to pay £200 to appeal the ?CCJ so he didn't want to have to go through all of that. But thank you all.

Still waiting for my directions questionnaires now so will keep you all posted once this has been received and completed.
What was his deadline for paying the judgment?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm not sure, the Judgement for Claimant letter was dated the 12/08.

Just keeping you informed that I have finally received my Directions Questionnaire (was starting to believe I was not going to receive this), and completed it as advised in the NEWBIES section. Just wanted to ask, is it necessary to add a contact number? i.e mobile as requested on the form? Wasn't sure if I needed to include this or not.

Also does anyone have the address for Parking Awareness please as I need to also send them a copy.

    Thank you all again.

try their website for contact details, although if they are using solicitors (most do) , you send it there, not to the claimant

details should be on your claim form on the top left

email the downloaded and completed N180  DQ pdf to the ccbcaq email address too

You send a copy of your completed DQ to the address in the box headed Address for sending documents and payments on your Claim Form.

If that box is empty, then the address above it is the one to use.

Ok so I have found both Parking awareness services address and DCB legal address and I'm not sure which to send it to as Coupon mad states in his thread either, or so I will send to both. I will shortly email the forms as advised to the CCBC and will also post it to the claimant (NOT via special delivery or signed for)!  ;)

Finally, must I include my contact number on the form or is it not compulsory?

Is there anything in the box headed Address for sending documents and payments (if different) on your County Court Claim Form?

What didn't you understand in my post on 27 September at 11:06PM?

His thread? I'm a middle aged woman!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    My apologies  :(

Should never have used pronouns. Instead is should have used the thread. Please forgive me. Simple mistake.

Sorry didn’t see the message until now hence why I replied to @Redx message. Thank you for the information but I really would like to know if a contact number on the N180 form is compulsory?
