Do you mean the hearing has been vacated, and both claims continue but will be heard together?

Or the entire claim has been struck out (i.e. dismissed)?  What does the order say, exactly?

The adjournment will still proceed as normal in July for now but the 2nd hearing was struck out.
The order says the hearing listed for 1st June 2022 has been vacated as the claim has been struck out due to non-payment of the hearing.
That does mean is no longer happening right? If yes it’s a little win. Hopefully the same will happen with the next one.

It does mean that claim has gone - hooray! - as long as the solicitors can't prove that they did pay the hearing fee, which has happened occasionally when the court has a backlog.

    Don't throw any paperwork out.

    Hello,

I just received a letter today stating the order made on 19 May 2022 had been made in error because the hearing fee had been paid and and is now re-listed on Wednesday 29 June 2022. I honestly feel deflated. I honestly thought this was behind me and now we are back at square one. Well at least they have my WS already. Let hope for the best.
  • Hello guys,

Just had my hearing today and I’m please to tell you all that it was a success. It was dismissed and I got compensation for lost wages. Thank you all for the support and continued answers to my numerous questions. Just the adjournment to sort out as still not heard back from them regarding dismissing that one also.
Thank you again. Have a lovely day all.

    Congrats - you won!

What did the Judge say and what did their rep say?

What did you then say, and what won it?

Well done, nice one, a nasty little monkey off your back!

Way to go, time to celebrate, time for PAS to swivel. 👍
