I’m quite pleased that I’ve tried hard to stay on track. There’s been quite a few stressful things going on. I’ve had to do a lot of chasing around thanks to poor communication on my employers part. But hopefully after a meeting on Thursday it should all be sorted and I can relax again. I’d usually turn to food at times like this and it had every chance of going that way after my unexpected meals out at weekend. I went to an exercise class yesterday run by my local physio department and they did a bit of a lesson beforehand- they didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know but was a good reminder about weightloss and exercise helping arthritis and how it’s a catch 22 re exercise and pain. Every extra lb has a 4 lb impact on the joints 😳😳 Put my mind back into focus 👍
    Today
breakfast - toast 2 syns for butter (I don’t often have just toast but it’s  what I fancied)
dinner - beans with tomato chopped into them, bacon and egg. apple and pear
tea - salmon, broccoli with potato onion and cheese layers (started in microwave and finished in the oven so that it’s nice and crispy)
    snacks - fruit

So pleased your DH is home and that procedure is out of the way @TakeItEazy. I think you're doing well to STS considering all the stress. 👏👏👏

That's good to know about the pressure on joints @milann. I love dancing and I know when I got to target I literally felt lighter on my feet. It's so worth it.😊

We've had a lovely lunch for DH's birthday. It could have been SW friendly but being cooked in a pub it was probably very synful. I had courgette fritters (deep fried but delicious) followed by tagliatelle with pesto and tomatoes (lots of oil) and then the wine syns. 😉 Still got cake and fizz to come with family. Line drawn tomorrow until the next time.

    Hi all
Just running in quickly to report a 2.5lb loss when I WI at a group local to the holiday park where I’m staying.
A bit surprised as I had one or two naughty things when I was away for the NTA’s but a nice surprise.
We went to Bristol today, we had pre paid for a Groupon deal for an Indian meal. It was like Indian tapas though- a little bit of loads of different dishes. I was quite restrained though! We’re eating at bingo tonight though so I’ll go for a jacket spud with cheese and salad.
    Hope all okay xx

Well done @Mrs_Ryan; great loss.  I quite like those Indian tapas type meals - they're always great value - we did that earlier in the year when we were away in Norfolk.  In fact was so good we did it twice in a week!

    Enjoy the bingo tonight.
