Hello @evilsquid1603. I remember you from last time!! 😁 The best thing about SW is that it's a healthy way of eating regardless of how much weight you manage to lose. You have done well so far though. 😊 Was it because of the baby that you joined online rather than a group? We've yet to meet anyone on here who thinks its worth the money but I'm sure it'll work for you as a refresher course.

That's a brilliant loss @MrsRyan and in less than a week. Well done! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Are you self catering this week?

I do hope you can get out for that walk @ruby_eskimo. I'm sure it'll help you cope with your workload. I'm envious of your lentil soup this week @klew.

Thanks for the syns updates @bubbs. Like @joedenise I was surprised at the lamb shanks most of all. I really must get some from Iceland before they change their recipe too. Unlike you, I like gravy. Fortunately today's is from the freezer, LO from Hair Bikers or beef in 'red wine' so counting it as free.

I went to Asda today and was pleased they had Primula at £1 as I was down to my last tube. It has a really long shelf life so I bought a few.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold pork (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- Sausages, gravy, mash (F), carrots, cauli, broccoli, onions (S)
    Syns- Aldi sausages 1

    Thank you everyone!

yes @joedenise it’s about a stone! I’m using the posh scales at the gym to weigh in that do body fat percentages and all that jazz too and it only uses kg and as the conversion isn’t completely accurate I thought I’d rather know for definite how far I’ve come than have weights that were sometimes about half a pound out either way.

@maman I did the same with the primula 🤣 Asda had none last week and I wasn’t having none of it for another week! Did the “pizza” topped chips for lunch with this as my HEA, one of the benefits of WFH! I joined online has aside from my very first consultant I’ve just had a succession of “have a mugshot whilst you cook your tea coz it’s free” “have a whole packet of ham on your sandwiches coz it’s free” and “have 10 mullerlights as they are free” consultants and I just thought I’m not having it again where I’m not actually learning how to make better habits! Things like this are clearly why they clamped down and made loads of stuff syns now!

I’m really enjoying the podcast and getting more out of that for free than I ever got out of the groups.

I'm glad it's working for you @evilsquid1603. I had one of those 'fill your boots' consultants once! 🤣 It's never made sense to me because as fast as you're guzzling free food you have to be lowering the proportion of your Speed! How can that be a balanced menu. 🤔

My friend just came back on Friday from one of those round Britain cruises now she and her in-laws have tested positive. ☹️

I don't think I will be going on a plane or a boat anytime soon!  When we go to France in December it will be in our motorhome, on the tunnel so no mixing whatsoever.  When we stop anywhere the only things we'll be doing is shopping and the occasional meal out the same as we are doing at home!

Breakfast - fruit and a hi fi
First stop after weigh in was Wspoons for dinner with my friend. I had steak, jacket with butter and salad (no dressing) a small wine and small chocolate brownie. We had a good walk too.
Tea - pastrami, 2 ryvita flatbreads and salad
Probably more syns than food at home but hopefully not too bad 🤞
Good to see you evilsquid….you sound ready for the challenge 👍
