Thanks @maman; yes my ginger beer arrived safely as did DH's cider and no substitutions.  You're right I am particularl about my ginger beer; absolutely loathe SM own brand ones they just don't have that ginger kick that I like!

Another warm sunny day here too so have been in the garden for a while; picked a few raspberries but there just aren't very many each day - usually only 3 or 4; the best day we had 6 but definitely not enough to just eat in a bowl so we tend to have them with some grapes and strawberries with some yoghurt in the evening but not immediately after dinner as usually too full up then!  Have run out of fruit (apart from a few raspberries! so going to open a tin of apricots in juice as they're fairly low syn).

Enjoy meeting up with your friends and have a good time and then back on plan tomorrow!

Morning all,

 

Only won one line at the bingo, a bottle of wine. But won loads in the raffle, I had tickets for my friend as well so we split the prizes. Nothing particularly useful but fun all the same

Chuffed to report 3lb loss, did not see that coming as I was still on antibiotics for the first half of the week. However, there were some stunning losses in group this week, did anyone notice that in theirs? Between the 2 sessions, there was over 8st, I know there were a number of new members, but their losses were not that big an impact, ie, they were in line wit what you would expect of new members, long term members 4-6 lb losses which was very unexpected.Made for a very happy group though!

Morning all.  Well done on the loss @Gettingtherequickly and it sounds like your group are all in the groove!  

Have had a really busy week at work which has wiped me out if I'm honest but it's Friday so I'm going to try and take it as easy as I can today.  Have a workout planned for later and might try and go for a walk too after work to just to get some fresh air!  Had yogurt with blueberries and granola for breakfast, lunch is going to be the last of the chicken salads that I prepped earlier on in the week and then dinner tonight is chicken curry with rice for a little fakeaway.
