Morning all, another lovely day that's bright and warm. Been out to do some shopping and as Sainsbury's had my rum of special offer I bought a couple of bottles to keep me going over the next few months! I wouldn't normally have bought them until I needed them but when they are reduced to about £2 more per litre than I normally pay for 70cl it makes sense!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - banana sandwich - F; 7 (I know there's no Speed and I've had my HEB but I just fancy it!)
D - HM Mini Meatloaves with tomato glaze; mash; green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - bread 7

Sorry GTQ forgot to say well done on a great loss. I forgot to weigh this morning! That's the trouble with not knowing what day of the week it is half the time, LOL!
Decided that I'm going to have some plums to following my banana sandwich, which by the way was lovely - not had banana for a long time as usually they're either very green or already too ripe but these look quite good, they nice and yellow but still a bit firm so should last a little while.

Brilliant loss @Gettingtherequickly. Delighted for you. 😁 Sometimes it's past good eating showing up at last even when you haven't had a brilliant week.
I've been back on plan but not eaten much. This afternoon I went to a Thanksgiving service for a for a friend's wife who died right at the beginning of Covid. I had to leave before lunchtime, avoided cake after the service and although I looked in Boots at Shaper meals afterwards I decided I could manage without.
So I've had scrambled eggs for breakfast and just about to ping some Bolognese from the freezer for dinner. I will be having wine syns though. 😁

Yes i have eaten a pack and a whole bunch beetroot 🤣🤣the beetroot is beautiful, im going to get more before it goes off offer. I have been looking at it and its been £1.80 in the shops, not paying that 🤣🤣maman said:So you got your figs @bubbs.
