Have finally got a decent internet signal!

Have had a good holiday but completely off plan! Some on plan meals but also eaten out quite a bit and plenty of alcohol!

Home tomorrow so will get  back on plan and do some damage limitation.

So sorry to hear you've had a gain bubbs, it really doesn't make sense.  Hopefully the SAS logs will show something.

Belated anniversary wishes maman and glad you enjoyed your special meal.  Was in your neck of the woods today for a while.  We got the bus from Lymington to  Southampton and then the ferry over to Hythe.  Nice little place which we haven't been to before.  Plenty of walking done today - done nearly 16,000 steps! Haven't done that many for a long time.

Well done to anyone I've missed who has lost and hugs to anyone who needs one.

Normal service will resume once I'm home tomorrow!

    So sorry @bubbs.
A good idea to call target for a while I think, as has been said to take the stress off.
How much to you have to loose to get back to target?

You've been lucky, yet again, with the weather @joedenise. 😁 Yes, it's a nice little trip across to Hythe on the ferry. We used to take the DGDs when they were little. Not sure about when you did it but it's good to see all the ships in the harbour. Loads in today, mostly the cruise ships that just sail around going nowhere much and you can't get off.

I still feel really full and quite bloated. I'm really going to have to get seriously back on plan. Back to dancing on Monday so hope some more exercise might help too. 🤔
