Morning all,
An early start today but im feeling tired. Good job it is Friday,
Dog hurt himself last night, good job he is little as I had to carry him part of the way home. He is much better this morning but I made him have a quiet night and I carried him on the stairs etc. I’m not sure whether he had either twisted himself or possibly been stung but I cant find any swelling but his back leg he wouldn’t put down. I think hes forgotten about it this morning but I think a quiet few days just in case, still walked but on the lead.
B fruit and fibre ss milk
L flatbread combo or pot noodle
D BP beans and cheese, lf sausages

Morning all. Was in the office yesterday so no real chance to get online as I was pretty much in meetings all day 😳
Yes the black bean spaghetti is black @maman but loses a bit of it's colour when cooked. Tasted ok, not as good as regular spaghetti but felt pretty full after a smaller portion than I probably would have had of the regular stuff so can't be all bad.
Had my usual FF yogurt and an apple this morning, lunch is going to be roasted tomatoes on toast with some garlic and herb cream cheese and then dinner tonight is biminbap (korean rice bowls) so I can use up the veggies in the fridge along with some steak I found in the freezer.

Good morning all. Sorry that I've been missing but it's been a very tense week here waiting for my son's GCSE results. He has dycalculia and the maths result was a particular worry. We've been out for coffee a few times to take his mind off it so I'm recording a STS this week.
He passed his maths at the grade that he needs for college and also passed 8 other GCSEs with much better grades so we're off out to celebrate. I won't bore you with what I've eaten when I get back but I promise to eat healthy food from tomorrow. I'm a very proud and relieved mum today.3
