Morning all,
Last nights tea turned into chilli, added baked beans instead of kidney beans as that’s all I had. Served with rice and a sprinkle of cheese. There are three portions left. I think tonight will be with a jacket potato
B fruit and fibre ss milk
L – flat bread, spinach, RF sour cream and chive dip, chicken tikka pieces
D – LO chilli and BP
Im on a spa day tomorrow and it includes an afternoon tea, no idea what is on it but I don’t care haha. It is what it is and a can have a low cal breakfast and a low cal dinner to compensate

Definitely agree with that @milann.😁milann said:Enjoy the afternoon tea @klew356 . That’s why I love Slimming World- it can be tweaked around life.
I ran out of red kidney beans last time I made chilli too @klew356. I put in butter beans and mixed beans but it's not the same. There was a time when I could pick up red beans cheaply in places like Home Bargains so I used to stock up but now Aldi's is about the best value at their everyday price. Unless @bubbs knows different! 🤣
It's a glorious day here @joedenise has definitely brought the good weather. 😁 Going out for a walk this afternoon so will get some Body Magic in. I've been a bit lazy lately as some dance classes have stopped for the summer break.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- veggie omelette (P,S) with beetroot (S)
D- sausage casserole (P, S,F) with tagliatelle (F)
Syns- Aldi sausages 11 -
Maman funny you should say that about picking beans up cheaply. I needed 4 cans of black eyed beans which are usually on offer in Morrison’s either 3 or 4 for a pound….I had to pay 45p a can at weekend……really went against the grain 😏 Still a good value recipe though - Jamie Oliver’s pork with beans and tomatoes - - works out 1-2 syns depending on portion size 👍January spends - £587.580

Evening all
I don't buy kidney beans, but do know the KTC ones are often on offer, sometimes 3 4 £1 sometimes 4 4 £1 i will keep my eyes peeled
Enjoy the spa day Klew , i have been on a few and had a lovely time.
Well sent consultant my food diaries for last few days since weigh in as she said don't leave it till weigh day, see if she can spot anything. She is now saying i have to have more free carbs 🙄 so i am doing as i am told 😛 i had a small jacket for tea. Then if nothing changes i can cut them out again 🤣 Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1 -
It’s the KTC I usually buy if I need beans of any sort….gutted at paying full price for the as they weren’t on offer 😳
It makes sense to try some more carbs Bubbs - it might just kickstart things again. There’s the old wives tale about the metabolism going into survival and not letting you loose weight in case weight drops too much……not sure if there’s any truth it but it makes sense.I went out for a meal today. I had a feta cheese salad with balsamic vinegar. Not sure how much cheese there was but looked about right for a hea. Will see what the damage is tomorrow 🤞I’ll be chuffed if it’s a STS 😃January spends - £587.581 -
Milann the reason i don't have many is diabetes, don't want my sugar going up 🙄 if i lose i will monitor my sugar again, def not much rice as rice sends my sugars crazy 😱
Good luck for tomorrow

Are you a diva?Jellybaby said:@maman it was roughly 40 minute trip there and took a lot longer on way back as the heavens opened and motorway crawled along at 20 mph, you could hardly see car in front of you even with lights on, never seen rain like it.
@bubbs don’t be sorry, I’ll go back. I’m already thinking about what I should have bought🤣
I did a water challenge last week and thoroughly sick of the sight of it but it was great exercise running up and down stairs to the loo!I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
