I’m surprised you don’t all loose pounds running to their loo after all that water. I drink a fair bit of decaf tea and coffee throughout the day but one habit I have got into is having a glass of water each time I get up to got to the loo in the night - so about 4 glasses over the night…..
An ok weekend syn wise and meal wise 👍

🤣 you'd think so! It's not all water, i have tea in the morning x 1, NAS juice usually in the day, 3 tea when i pick dh up, then i usually drink pepsi in the evening, unless it's really hot then i have NAS juice, in the winter more tea in the evening but perhaps only 1 or 2 more

I have my squash (250ml) every morning and 3 mugs of tea with breakfast. Then, during the week, I drink numerous cups of tea through the day, and the occasional coffee, including through the evening. Weekends are slightly different as I have my wine in the evening.

So quite a lot of liquid but probably should try harder for more water or squash instead of endless tea. 🤔

Thanks @bubbs. You're right I like my tea strong and only have a splash of milk. I used to measure it out when I first started and always had some over. I probably go over on the days we have porridge but now with 2 HEAs I'm covered anyway. 😊

@maman it was roughly 40 minute trip there and took a lot longer on way back as the heavens opened and motorway crawled along at 20 mph, you could hardly see car in front of you even with lights on, never seen rain like it.

@bubbs don’t be sorry, I’ll go back. I’m already thinking about what I should have bought🤣

I did a water challenge last week and thoroughly sick of the sight of it but it was great exercise running up and down stairs to the loo!

I’m not a big drinker 🥴 while it’s warm I drink 800ml plus a coffee first thing. When working I can go all day without drinking 😵‍💫 when cold I have a travel mug of coffee on go but generally bring it home half full 🥴
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
