    Well done beanie, brilliant loss.

Good on you bubbs trying to use your syns and HEXs.

Forecast for next week is looking good - the only rain seems to be tomorrow morning which is when we'll be travelling so at least we won't be out in it!

Morning all!  Well done on the loss beanie, that's great.  Sorry to hear about your STS bubbs, hopefully your consultant can give you some help after looking at your log.  Hope you have a good break denise!

Reporting a 2.5lb gain this week which was expected after a completely off track weekend (we had a wedding to attend on Saturday).  I know it's water weight so just going to draw a line and move on.  Woke up late this morning though so didn't get a chance to go for a run before work, but will go for a 5k walk after work instead.  Had my usual ff yogurt with granola and a banana for breakfast, lunch is going to be some soybean stew / soup with courgette, tofu and potato and then dinner is a chicken stir fry with noodles.  Already had a litre of water and a tea and a coffee this morning so getting there with the fluids too.

Hope you all have a good day!

That gain will go as fast as it's come @ruby_eskimo. You're doing so well with the fluids! 😊

I put Bolognese in the SC yesterday so I have that to portion up. That just leaves some rice to cook for the freezer. Then I need to start using some of it up as the freezers are getting pretty full! 🤣

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F) , bacon, egg (P), tomato (S), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L- cold meat (P), potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- baked cod (P), chips or mash (F), broccoli, tomato, mushrooms (S)
    Syns- 0

Afternoon all, well I made the trip to the Company Shop this morning. Collected my membership card all very quick and efficient and there about six people in front of me joining too.   Slightly disappointed as I never saw any great bargains like you get Bubbs.  The shelves for dairy and meat and poultry were very little or bare.  The few yoghurts they had only 20p off full price.   I had a good wander round but only spent £3.45 on two salad tubs and a ham joint.   Might try a different day when I’m off next month and now I know what they have can plan better.

Weekend was high in wine (and gin) syns so will need to be careful this week especially as I’ve booked a holiday from class on Saturday so need to watch I’m not tempted to throw caution to the wind !

Have a sports massage booked for later to try and loosen off my neck, shoulders and hips.  All this working from home is wrecking me!

B was f/f yog and fruit
    L was lentil soup
D steak, baked potato, mushroom, onions, tomatoes

    Afternoon all,

I successfully managed to eat and drink my way through last week. It was cracking. Haha. I also did a lot of walking and 2 spin classes. Feeling bloated this week though so back on the healthy train and I was ready for it.

    B fruit and fibre

L tuna pasta salad (bite out of a birthday cupcake will probably finish it later )

D – undecided, it was going to be ratatouille and rice but no courgettes in Morrisons and my friend is isolating who grows them in her garden! Could be mince maybe SW Bolognese.

Trying to drink a lot as I don’t feel I did well on the water last week

Good to see you posting again @klew, glad to hear you enjoyed your break. It's a really good sign that you were ready to get back to the healthy eating. I always find that after eating out a lot I end up craving vegetables as restaurants never serve enough.

We had a leaflet through the door today for the Company Shop @Jellybaby. Do you have far to travel to your branch? 🤔

@bubbs as a rule i drink a lot, even before i started trying to slim. However because i was out of routine last week and basically out and about i didn't drink as much or have my water bottle to hand as much. Plus, i drank alcohol. i rarely drink these days. I usually drink 1.5 litres whilst at work. a bit before, a bit at lunch time and probably up to a litre on a night time. tend to slow it down at nine otherwise im up in the night!
